On the day of the visit, we accompany you in person to the property and support you during the viewing. We help you understand what to look for, clarify any doubts, and point out key aspects of the accommodation (condition of the apartment, spaces, utilities, and general suitability for your stay).
After the visit, we provide initial guidance to help you evaluate the apartment, so you can make a more informed and confident decision.
This service is designed to help you avoid misunderstandings, language barriers, and unpleasant surprises, especially if you are new to Italy.
