The Website is operated by Easy Student, a project dedicated to supporting students – particularly international students – who intend to stay temporarily in Italy for study purposes. The service is currently available in Turin.
By using the Website and/or purchasing any of the services offered, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
Easy Student provides assistance, support, and consultancy services, including, but not limited to:
- Accommodation search support (rooms, shared apartments, apartments)
- Assistance with documentation management
- Support in understanding and signing contracts
- Assistance with obtaining a tax code and other administrative procedures
- Accompaniment and operational support services
The services provided do not constitute real estate brokerage or agency services under applicable law. Easy Student does not act as a real estate agent, does not receive commissions from landlords or agencies, and does not guarantee the conclusion of rental agreements.
3. Nature of the Relationship
The services provided by Easy Student are of a consultancy and assistance nature.
Easy Student:
- is not the owner of the properties
- does not represent landlords or real estate agencies
- cannot guarantee property availability
- is not responsible for decisions, conditions, or changes made by third parties (landlords, agencies, public authorities)
4. Service Delivery
The delivery methods (duration, content, operational limits) of each service are specified on the relevant service description pages of the Website.
Unless otherwise stated:
- services are time-limited
- activities are carried out on business days
- the number of proposals or actions may be subject to explicitly stated limits
Easy Student undertakes to perform the services with due care and professionalism, without guaranteeing any specific outcome.
5. User Obligations
The user agrees to:
- provide truthful, accurate, and complete information
- comply with requested timelines
- use the services lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations
- refrain from using the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
Easy Student shall not be liable for any service disruption resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the user.
6. Prices and Payments
Service prices are indicated on the Website and are expressed in euros, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required in advance, using the payment methods available on the Website.
Unless otherwise stated, once the service has started, no refunds are provided, as the services are personalized consultancy services.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
- fully performed services
- personalized services
- services that begin with the user’s express consent before the withdrawal period expires
By purchasing a service, the user expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Easy Student shall not be liable for:
- unsuccessful accommodation searches
- failure to conclude agreements between the user and third parties
- decisions made by landlords, agencies, or public authorities
- indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or loss of profits
In any case, Easy Student’s total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the purchased service.
9. Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, logos, graphics, informational materials) is the property of Easy Student or the respective rights holders and is protected by applicable law.
Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
10. Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Amendments to the Terms
Easy Student reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
